When should you call?
Big events like graduations, weddings, and major entertainment events are booked months in advance. Many people will reserve their limo about three months before they will need it to ensure they get the date and time they need. Regardless of the type of event that you are planning, you should allow at least 4 weeks to hold your limo.
What information will we need?
We will need to know the date, time, venue, or itinerary. We need to know the number of people using the limo and their ages. This is important. We need to know how many people, in order to ensure the limo is large enough. You should have this number narrowed down when you call.
If any of the guests have special needs or requirements, we will need to be informed. For example, if a guest requires space in the limo for medical devices, that may limit the seating for guests.
We are fully licensed and insured. If your venue needs any documents or certificates of insurance, we are happy to oblige. We provide a qualified and trained driver. No one other than our employee can drive the vehicle.
While it is legal for anyone over the age of 21 to drink alcohol in a party limo rental, minors are not to be served alcohol.
You will be provided with a contract of services. Please read the entire contract and verify the dates, times, accommodations, and prices printed on the contract. Please contact us as soon as possible if a change is needed.
